Some furniture reuse charities offer crisis schemes, giving away furniture to those in need, and all sell it at relatively low prices making it a great affordable option, particularly for those who have a limited disposable income.
We believe furniture reuse should be part of the blended solution to furniture poverty, to supplement furnished tenancies in social housing and adequate furniture provision through local authority discretionary crisis support.
